We may have only been at our yard in Lasham for 2 years in May, but we have definitely made an impact! Not only have we concreted the entire two and half acres of land we own, but have built purpose made offices and a workshop. We are currently continuing the trend by knocking down the old warehouse next to our new offices, incorporating a bigger warehouse to build and maintain our current units.

This development comes at a time when we are planning to build upon the 25 years of excellent service to the events and construction industry providing worry free welfare facilities.

Emergency Units Deployed During Storms

Loos R Us have been working alongside local councils, emergency response units, the MOD and the environment agency to provide residence and troops with welfare facilities throughout the tragic storms. We have been able to supply the community with portable chemical toilets, showers and somewhere to take refuge in, a welfare unit which comprise a kitchen, seating area, toilet, and generator and drying room. Our quick emergency response has enabled the facilities to be provided when they are most needed, including at weekend and evenings. Site Equip think it’s fantastic how the local community have come together to help each other throughout this difficult time, something which we have enjoyed being a part of. Guilfest is back!

We would like to congratulate our long standing client Guilfest on successfully gaining the green light from Guildford Borough Council that the popular music festival will be back in 2014.  Festival organiser Tony Scott said: "We are just really, really pleased that the we are able to put GuilFest on again and that the council have chosen to let us do it. I think we can put the success down to the massive support that we got from the community in our petitions and the meeting with the council, so they could see the real support we have across the town."

Although Guilfest have to comply with the following;

• the payment of a financial bond to cover any damage or reinstatement costs, must be paid in full by the end of April 2014
• the sale of tickets is solely the responsibility of Trowfest Ltd
• the payment of the fee for the hire of Stoke Park must be made, in agreed payments, in February, March and May 2014
• the proposals and Event Management Plan produced by Trowfest Ltd must meet the requirements of the Safety Advisory Group (Surrey Police, Surrey Fire and Rescue Service, NHS, the council's Licensing and Building Control teams and the event organiser) and licensing conditions
